I'll follow up personally
I'll reach out to introduce myself, answer any initial questions, and check your date availability. Every couple is different and I want to make sure I understand your vision before we go any further.
STEP 03
We hop on a quick call
This is just a casual conversation, no pressure, no sales pitch. We'll talk about your wedding, your vision, and which package feels right. It's also a chance for you to ask me anything. Most couples walk away from this call feeling really clear on what they want.
STEP 04
You choose your package
Once you've had a chance to review everything and we've connected, you'll let me know which collection feels like the right fit. Not sure between two? I'll help you think it through, no decision is the wrong one as long as it works for your day. Add-ons can always be layered on top too.
STEP 05
Contract + retainer secures your date
Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over a contract and a retainer invoice (30% of your package total). Your date is officially yours the moment both are received. Until then, your date remains open to other couples — so don't wait too long if you love what you see.

Leading up to your wedding
Planning, timeline & preparation
I'll be in touch throughout the planning process. We'll build out your wedding day timeline together to make sure every moment has room to breathe. For destination weddings, I'll also coordinate your local second photographer and confirm drone permissions well in advance.

Wedding day
Show up, be present, enjoy every second
This is your day — all you need to do is be in it. I'll handle every detail, guide you through portraits naturally, and document everything as it unfolds. You won't feel posed or rushed. I promise.

After your wedding
Your gallery arrives
Within 11 weeks (6 for priority packages), you'll receive a private link to your full edited gallery. Download everything, share with family, and print as much as your heart desires. Your wedding photos are yours to keep forever.

Book early
Popular dates fill up 12–18 months out, especially for destination weddings. A signed contract and retainer is the only thing that secures your date.
Golden hour is everything
The hour before sunset gives the most beautiful, film-like light. If possible, plan your ceremony or portraits around it — your gallery will thank you.
Film vs digital
Film adds warmth, grain, and a timeless quality digital can't fully replicate. It's not a filter — it's a different way of seeing. Both are delivered in your gallery.
Drone permissions
Not every venue or location allows drone flights. Always confirm with your venue early — I handle the coordination once we know it's permitted.
Build in buffer time
Weddings run behind — hair, guests, family photos. Adding even 15–20 minute buffers throughout your timeline means I capture everything without rushing.
Engagement sessions
Not just pretty photos — they help you get comfortable in front of a camera before your wedding day. Couples who do them almost always feel more relaxed on the day.

Common questions
Do you require a retainer to book?
Yes, a signed contract and a 30% retainer are required to officially secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day. Your date is not held without both.
Who is the second photographer for destination weddings?
For destination packages, I work with trusted local professionals in each region photographers whose work I've personally vetted for style and quality. This avoids doubling travel costs while ensuring consistent, high-quality coverage. You'll receive one unified, edited gallery from both photographers.
Can I add a second photographer to a USA package?
Yes, a second photographer can be added to any USA package for $800. This is especially recommended for larger weddings (100+ guests), multi-venue days, or whenever you want both getting-ready rooms captured at the same time.
What happens if it rains on my wedding day?
We shoot through it! Some of the most beautiful wedding photos happen in the rain. I always scout indoor backup options with you during planning so we're never caught off guard.
How many photos will I receive?
The image counts listed are minimums, not limits. Every image in your gallery is fully edited, culled, color corrected, and consistent. You won't receive raw or unedited files. Destination packages with two photographers naturally yield more images since two perspectives are being captured simultaneously.
Is drone coverage guaranteed?
Drone coverage is always subject to venue rules and local FAA or government regulations. I confirm availability before your wedding day and coordinate all permissions. If drone flight isn't possible, the cost is credited toward a future add-on or refunded.
Can I print my photos after I receive them?
Yes, all packages include full download rights and a personal printing license. You can print for personal use at any lab you choose. Commercial use requires a separate license.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I'm happy to work out a payment schedule that fits your budget. Reach out and we'll figure something out together. The only firm requirement is that the full balance is paid 30 days before the wedding.
